Dream Touches
Pale wind
Into the branches,
Whispers
Of the night.
Long shards
Of a broken
Dream;
Me,
And love-
Never one,
Never mine.
Never you.
What lies
Beyond
The pallid sand.
Life
That drunken passion
Dreamed,
A wish
To the unknown,
And thorn bushes
In the mead.
That was
Me.
The now
Of me,
Is but far away-
Dancing
In love
Sweet madness,
Blue shadows
And the light.
The sun
Breaks,
But slowly
Into our arms.
Morning
I scream,
Today
And ever,
We will.
Tonight,
With tousled skies,
And stars
Tangled
In our lives,
We make
Our love,
Our life
From stolen dreams.
Love
Not found,
In drunken leaves,
Withered boughs,
A kiss
To dream you
Back to me.
Into the branches,
Whispers
Of the night.
Long shards
Of a broken
Dream;
Me,
And love-
Never one,
Never mine.
Never you.
What lies
Beyond
The pallid sand.
Life
That drunken passion
Dreamed,
A wish
To the unknown,
And thorn bushes
In the mead.
That was

The now
Of me,

Dancing
In love
Sweet madness,
